In my opinion this book was very interesting and it is an attention grabber. It shows a lot of enthusiasm and excitement that pulls you into the book. Especially at the part where Brian finds something that is life changing for him. It is also very interesting because it kinda shows real world problems that could help your life, if you are ever stranded in a forest. This book was also very intense because you are eager to see what happens next. It even has a little drama about what happened between the parents. I also think his mother is very rude and dishonest about lying to her family. Overall this book was very good and I liked it a lot. I recommend you read it.

Hatchet is a book about 13-year old Brian and his adventures and misadventures being stranded in a forest after an unexpected plane crash. In my opinion, this book is entertaining and I would definitely recommend it to teenagers and young adults. Although Hatchet has amazing imagery and, at times, emotional moments, everything happened very suddenly and a little too fast. I had a hard time keeping up with all the events that happened. Perpich was a key character in the book. Even though he is not with Brian, he influenced him to stay motivated and positive. I love how a teacher, and the lesson he taught, stuck with Brian through hardships and downfalls; as well as the successes. My favorite part was when something catastrophic destroyed Brian’s camp. I loved how he stayed positive and determined to survive. Hatchet is a fantastic book because of the message it sends to readers. It shows readers how to survive, but also shows how much family can stick with you. All through being stranded, Brian was thinking about his family and the times they had together. It shows you to appreciate the things your parents do for you. Overall, I believe Hatchet is five stars.

My opinion on Hatchet is that it is a very fun and adventurous book to read. You never know what is going to happen and some parts are very surprising/shocking. Hatchet is a book about a young boy who got stranded in the forest and is trying to survive. (!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!) My favorite part of the book is when a tornado hits Brian’s “camp”. This is my favorite part because he stayed strong afterward even though before he had been attacked by a moose. He was left with nothing, but the hatchet, and was still tough and even said “Is that all you’ve got.”, showing that he is ready for anything. (!!!END OF SPOILER!!!) I would recommend this book to people who like a mysterious journey because you never knew what would happen and to me that is really fun to read. In my opinion, Terry seems like a really fun and caring person who is also Brian’s best friend. I think he is caring because he was trying to stop Brian from getting sad about the Secret. He is fun and Brian’s best friend because Brian talked about Terry a lot of times when him and Terry were playing games and riding bikes. Another reason I think Terry is Brian’s best friend is because he never talked about any other friends, so I assumed that he was his best friend. I picked a rate of five because I really like books about mystery and adventure and Hatchet has a lot of both.

I totally recommend this book to viewers who love the genre Adventure/ Survival. This book is truly amazing in its own ways and you can imagine everything this book offers. Out of the whole book, my favorite part will always have to be when something very dangerous comes to attack Brian. My opinion on Brian was that he is helpless and doesn’t know what to do, but later in the book Brian becomes tough and has the courage to survive. Brian did act like a fool, but he became stronger through all the challenges he faced, face to face.

In my opinion, this book was very good because of all of the action and had a lot of good transitions. EXAMPLE is when he hears the wind and the next morning he gets reborn again. My favorite part is when the Brain hears the roaring wind from miles away until he noticed that the sound keeps coming closer and closer until he can see all of the broken trees that have been torn down by the wind. I will recommend this book because I love books that have a lot of action and thrilling parts. I hope you boys and girls also love reading the book to. My favorite character was bianb because he was only 14 and he was a city boy from New York and turned into a nature boy and now he now knows how to make fire with his bare hands and he can make many other things with his bear hands.

Hatchet Book Review I liked this book because it was so good I love the way things in the book can change so fast. Also the jump scenes can be very nerve racking. One part ended with someone almost dying but they got out of it with almost a broken bone. One part of the book so stressful it was killing me to know what happens. This book was so good that when we were done people wanted to keep on reading and not stop and was one of those people. A lot of really good parts end on a chapter and was still so much more to that one part. SPOILER: My favorite part was when Brains mom gave him the hatchet because without the hatchet he would have not been able to have fire, food, or the survival pack because all of that was able to have with hatchet like the fire the hatchet created sparks and when that happened the fire started. Without the hatchet he wouldn’t have the spear or bow and arrow to hunt the food. The survival pack came from the airplane where the hatchet got him into even while he was getting into the plane, he dropped the hatched and he said without the hatchet I am nothing the hatchet got me here.

Hatchet is personally a great book, my opinion for this book is something that is put together very well. Some parts of the book was a little boring or uninteresting but most of it was based off of a specific theme. SPOILERS!!!! My favorite part of this book was when Brian was able to leave and see his dad. Personally, this is my favorite part because Brian was probably there for an extremely long time, ( 54 days ). If I was put into Brian’s place (shoes), I would have been super excited that someone came to pick me up and take me home. Over all I completely recommend this book because if you are someone who loves adventures or surviving in the wild themes than I would recommend this for you to read.

This is a great book about surviving in the wilderness. It had a lot of interesting parts that made me want to know what happened next. There were also some parts in the book that made me very sad or excited. I loved the part when Brian ate the first fish that he caught. It was very descriptive and detailed, and it also made me hungry! I think this is an amazing book, and you should definitely read it if you like survival stories.

I definitely liked the book Hatchet. I would prefer everyone to read Hatchet. It’s about Brian Robeson, a thirteen year old who is stuck in the Cadadian wilderness. He tries to survive with only him and the gift that his mom gave him. He went to see his father when something happens to the pilot and the plane ran out of gas. Brian’s mom recently got divorced and started to date another man. Brian still loves her but he doesn’t like what happened. Spoiler I liked the part when Brian was attacked and learned something special. It could be useful or not. Another thing is when Brian finds something useful in the plane. It definitely amazed Brian.
