No, I don't believe that they are. Their owners put small pieces of snacks in the snow and the guinea pigs are just digging around it, only eating the snacks. But I agree, it does look like they are eating it.

It's heartwarming to see that there are people out there who take global warming and pollution into consideration! I'm fully on board with everything they are implying. Helping reduce the number of disposed plastic, while also re-using it to create more projects like roads is an incredible idea. There should be more people out there who take plastic accumulation more seriously.

While plastic can be harmful to the environment, it's extremely difficult to NOT use plastic at all. Plastic is a convenient source of material, making it hard to avoid.

Additionally, it has been shown these efforts do nothing for the earth!

Our earth is dying, because of us humans. And we NEED to find more ways to stop this global warming crisis. And it is great that California found a way to recycle plastic and use it in their roads, but humans STILL aren’t doing enough these days. So let’s all work toward KEEPING our planet green! Even if just turning off the lights in a room that your not in. Or not letting the water run while your brushing teeth. Or just wearing more socks instead of turning on the heater when it’s cold outside. If we all work together, we can save our beloved earth! Great job California! So is the vaccine going to be available to everyone anytime soon??? I'm so glad they created one and I'm happy it is working!! Maybe!! Still, remember to wear a mask and wash your hands!! We're all in this together!!

No, if some kids have other health issues or have a weak immune system, it is possible for them to die. And yes, kids can get infected, but the result will not be as severe. Just the typical flu. And if treated well, the recovery will be quick.
