maddyrocks13liked a comment in Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles (Ronan Boyle #1).
First off I want to say this is my favorite book and I read a lot of books. Ronan Boyle is a kid who works in the Garda (Irish police) trying to get his parents out of jail. But while working at the Garda he encounters mythical creatures, goes on many adventures, and has a lot of fun. He enters the land of Tir Na Nog (Which before he thought was a totally made up land and all of the creatures there were nice) where he meets many creatures which he thought were fake but are actually real and love to do mean tricks. Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of riddles is really an amazing book that I would definitely recommend, especially for people who enjoy reading Harry Potter, but Ronan Boyle is definitely less scary and takes you on more of an adventure!

The Scourge is a refreshing novel, with a unique plot and plenty of world-building. I enjoyed this book, personally, because I think stories about epidemics are very fascinating! The Scourge is a great adventure story, with a great amount of sleuthing and discovery. Something I really liked about this story was the length of the story, close to 400 pages. I found it to be the perfect length, with plenty of time to establish plot and setting but without dragging on. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the Lunar Chronicles, The Hunger Games, or enjoys dystopian fiction.

maddyrocks13's book review was featured in Fablehaven Book of Imagination.
Okay, the first thing you have to know is that the Fablehaven series is, like, my favorite series ever. I was so excited to get this book; I might have danced around the house a little bit when it arrived. After the series finishing so long ago, this book was a great throwback and got me pumped up for the sequel series, Dragonwatch. This activity book was a lot of fun, it has puzzles, coloring pages, and fun little projects all themed around the Fablehaven universe. Even as an 11th grader, I really liked filling out this book. In my opinion, this book is awesome! I would definitely recommend it to anyone, all ages and genders, who's a fan of the Fablehaven series, and if you haven't read the series yet, you totally should!
