Remember, there is a lot of seaweed in the ocean, and there are seaweed farms. If anything, the farmers would get a lot more income and their will be a lot more seaweed, like for example. McDonalds, it is a very popular restaurant. People liked it so now there is a lot of factories that make ur Big Macs and the factories gain money. I don't think there will be a shortage of seaweed anytime soon. Were safe :)

this is not a good idea because if we use plastic bags what if they rip plastic bags are meant to be strong and we don't want to use to many layers of the seaweed because then we won't have as much seaweed because we can use it for stuff like that then animals will not survive
