Truly I don't know if I can trust myself sometimes when I make up stunts and write fiction.

Unleashed, the romantic, high-stakes sequel to New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan's Uninvited, is perfect for fans of such favorites as James Patterson's Confessions of a Murder Suspect.
Davy has spent the last few months trying to come to terms with the fact that she tested positive for the kill gene HTS (also known as Homicidal Tendency Syndrome). She swore she would not let it change her, and that her DNA did not define her . . . but then she killed a man.
Now on the run, Davy must decide whether she'll be ruled by the kill gene, or if she'll follow her heart and fight for her right to live free. But with her own potential for violence laying right beneath the surface, Davy doesn't even know if she can trust herself.

This is the sequel to the last book I read, Uninvited, I was excited about reading this one, and I totally love it. Uninvited is more about action and adventure, while Unleashed allows the readers getting to know more about the emotional aspects of the characters and the romantic relationship between Davy and Caden. He is a real gentleman who found her after she got shot, and helped her getting better and taught her how to trust again. I love how Davy’s character developed in this sequel, she become tougher and more mature. She is an amazing heroine and as a reader I feel as though I have been through a journey of self-discovery and survival with Davy. This book is full of pleasant surprises and tension that will keep you up all night. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in adventure, fantasy and romance.
This book is one of my favorite book right now. I thought Sean was a great guy, then he left Davy when she got shotted. :( I'm glad he did that because Davy met the guy of her life, her fiance, Caden. Caden is super sweet to her and respect all of her ideas and opinions. When Davy wants to go back to find her friends, Sean, Sabine, and Gil, Caden didn't refuse but helped her even if he loved Davy so much. I was worry about the ending being not what I expected, but it turned out even better. Everyone should read this series, it's amazing!
Unleashed, by Sophie Jordan, is the sequel to Uninvited and it is amazing! After Davy escaped Mount Haven with Sean, Gil, and Sabine, they were attacked by patrols and they were forced to be separated. Davy was saved by a blond, courageous guy named Caden Anderson, who was revealed to be the leader of the Resistance. She was then brought to their underground cell where carriers were able to act freely. Gradually, Caden and Davy both develop feelings for each other. Yet, should Davy let her heart free and live a life of purpose? Or will she be ruled and determine by the kill genes? My favorite character in this book is definitely Caden because he is brave, thoughtful, and truly cares about carriers. This book is full of action, romance, and is extremely thrilling. People should definitely read it, especially people who love Divergent, you won't regret!
