Zoobreak (Swindle)
By Gordon Korman
Zoobreak by Gordan Korman This book is a about griffin 'the man with the plan''s friend savanna has her capuchin monkey Cleo stolen from her but when their homeroom class takes a fieldtrip to a zoo/boat hybrid Cleo is found aboard as the man of the plan griffin formulates a plan named zoo break. when their plan succeeds the take the other malnourished animals on savanna's whim and distributed them among their team. on the account that savanna's friend from the zoo is elsewhere, wherein griffin formulates zoo break II, to sneak in the animals into the state zoo. In my opinion it's a good book it just needs more related to the story details the part where they follow through with the plan are kind of short. Realistic yes but not to not to much realism but here was bits and pieces that were unrealistic like owning a capuchin monkey , Griffins hacker sister mellissa , the parts that can happen like Ben's narcolepsy and mr nastase personality that one is very common. The book's main audience is direct towards sixth and seventh graders mostly for the reason it's in large lettering it also makes it easer to read for the visually impaired. External: Man vs society twice in this book griffin says we're just kids in an adult world.
Ungifted
By Gordon Korman
Firstly this was an awesome book. Gordon Korman did a great job, as always. Donovan Curtis is an average guy, total class clown and does weird things. After he breaks part of a statue as a prank, he gets “accidentally” sent off to the Academy of Scholastic Distinction when his principal makes a screw-up. The Academy has kids over 150+ IQ, including Noah Youkilis, who has an IQ of 206. But what these kids don’t know despite their amazing IQ, is how to be normal. When Donovan arrives, he does not achieve good grades and is not the gifted student he is “supposed” to be, but instead introduces a new level to the Academy kids. He introduces YouTube to Noah who ends up getting addicted to it, and Chloe Garfinkle may even have a small crush on him. The team is working on a new robot for a competition, and Donovan does not know ANYTHING about robotics but surfs Google for stickers to stick on the robot... (which Donovan named Heavy Metal Metallica Squarepants) but skilfully operates the joystick controlling Heavy Metal. Once his principal realises his mistake, he immediately sends Donovan back to his original school. The Academy kids realise they need Donovan more than ever now. But what could they do about it? Read Ungifted to find out!

Weird But True! 8: 300 Outrageous Facts
By National Geographic Kids
I like this book and the series. It is about a 300 different interesting facts. "An example would be Did you know the sun has holes in it?" If you like science and interesting facts then this is the book for you. I can connect to this book because I reminds me of my science book. It has tons of facts and information. I can give this book 5 stars because it is entertaining and factual.
Warriors: Cats of the Clans (Warriors Field Guide)
By Erin Hunter
I liked this field guide, but I feel like Erin Hunter should have added more cat profiles. I understand that this was published during the start of Power of Three, and not Omen of the Stars or A Vision of Shadows, but a lot of cats were still missing. What about Dustpelt and Ferncloud? They’re both fairly important characters, so I feel like they should have had a page in here. And they called Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf Jaypaw, Lionpaw, and Hollypaw. I’m glad The Ultimate Guide was published later on, because it has a lot of cat profiles that Cats of the Clans missed.
Where the Red Fern Grows
By Wilson Rawls
There are a lot of good and great books in the world, but Where The Red Fern Grows is definitely something special. Ten year old Billy Colman has his heart set on getting dogs. To be specific, he wants two coonhounds. He asks again and again for those two dogs, but as much as his parents want to get them for him, they can't afford two coonhounds for Billy. So Billy works long and hard so he can buy two coonhounds with his own money. Eventually, Billy gets the amount he needs and buys two coonhounds. He names them Old Dan and Little Ann. Billy works with them and trains them, and Old Dan and Little Ann turn out to be excellent coon hunters. They tree so many raccoons which Billy sells to get money for his family. Soon, Old Dan and Little Ann are more to Billy than his hunting dogs. They are his best friends. Where The Red Fern Grows is such a heartwarming story. I love the bond Billy has with his dogs. This classic is one of my favorites. I recommend this book to boys and girls ages 10+.
