i love the red fern grows because it i very different from other books it tells about a boy who has tew dogs and it tells about his family where they lived on a farm and what they went through and how they did it i recomemend the book it is a mixture of sad and good things

I recommend this book. This story is about a boy who wats a dog. He can't get a dog because his family is poor. So Billy worked and worked for money to get two redbone hounds. In two years he finally got $50. He was impatient to get the dogs delivered,so he went to town. He had to train his dogs to hunt so he trapped a coon. Soon he was hunting and his dogs were great hunters. Later, his hounds were entered in the biggest hunting contest ever,against great hounds. To find out what happens read "Were the Red Fern Grows."

This book was so heart warming.It is about a boy and his two dogs,Old Dan and Little Ann.one thing that happened was that the boy, Billy had to save money for this dogs. it was 50 dollars for 2 dogs.WOW!then he didn't want to wait for them, so he walked 32 miles for them.One thing I didn't like was when the dogs treed a coon they wouldn't leave the tree.one more event that happened a lot was him and this dogs had manny life threading experiences.I would totally recommend this book to all.

I am going to tell you about the book where the red fern grows.First I am going to tell you that it is about a boy named billy and his two dogs old Dan little Anne. Then one day one of Billy's dogs got hurt. And billy was sad. Then what I liked about this book is that at the end the red fern grows. And if I didn't like the book I would not read it but if I did like the book I would tell people about it. So this is a book review about where the red fern grows.

This is my favorite book I really like it, at the end it is really sad. if you like adventures and dogs you will love this book.
